RETURN POLICY
Our orders are all carefully packed and inspected. Should you receive a damaged item during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via e-mail info@skeemdesign.com for a replacement.
CANDLES AND PERFUMES
Due to the nature of our products, no refunds, returns or replacements will be issued other than for damage during shipping.
T-SHIRTS
You may return or exchange an unworn item in original condition within the first 7 days after receipt. Returns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.
All returns must have a return label on the package with a RA number. To process your return and receive an RA number email us at info@skeemdesign.com We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns. Once an RA is received, the items must be shipped out immediately. RA numbers are good for 1 week after the date issued. There will be a $10 processing fee for items returned without an RA number.
