The Mariposa collection was inspired by a recent trip we took into Mexico's central mountains to witness the Monarch butterfly migration. After a grueling 8-hour road trip and a 2-hour hike to 10,000 ft., we were rewarded with the spectacular sight of millions of hibernating butterflies. With over 24,000 species worldwide, this beautiful insect has been a source of inspiration to artists and designers for centuries.
